Still running on adrenaline after the call is over? Is your nervous system getting the recovery it needs? What would it feel like to recover faster after high-pressure situations?

Learn techniques to reset your nervous system - fast & effectively. This series includes simple breath techniques, chair-based movement & mindful focus practices designed to work in real world & high pressure environments. 

Learn simple techniques you can use in the moment and in mini does throughout your shift to help regulate stress responses and reduce the brain's demand to produce stress hormones. Help regulate stress during unpredictable calls, support recovery between runs and reduce cumulative nervous system fatigue. Support decision-making, situational awareness and recovery from repeated high alert states.

  • Supports both on-duty performance & off-duty recovery 

What will you experience in week in this specialty series?  

Week #1 - Wednesday, May 6th: Understanding Stress Under Pressure

Learn how the nervous system responds to stress and how to interrupt automatic reactions in the moment.

Week #2 - Wednesday, May 13th: Breath As A Tactical Reset

Practice fast, effective breathing techniques to reduce stress hormones and restore focus during and after calls.

Week #3 - Wednesday, May 20th: Movement & Grounding For Recovery

Simple chair-based movement and grounding tools to release accumulated tension and reset between high-demand moments.

Week #4 - Wednesday, May 27th: Focus, Balance & Long-Term Resilience

Integrate breath, movement, and mindful practices to support sustained calm, clarity, and recovery—on duty and beyond.


Who should take this class? This program supports long-term resilience by reducing mental fatigue, helping the body recover from repeated stress responses, and maintaining emotional balance on and off duty. No prior experience required. All techniques are simple, effective, and designed for in the moment us.
