Week #2 - Wednesday, May 13th: Breath As A Tactical Reset
Practice fast, effective breathing techniques to reduce stress hormones and restore focus during and after calls.
Week #3 - Wednesday, May 20th: Movement & Grounding For Recovery
Simple chair-based movement and grounding tools to release accumulated tension and reset between high-demand moments.
Week #4 - Wednesday, May 27th: Focus, Balance & Long-Term Resilience
Integrate breath, movement, and mindful practices to support sustained calm, clarity, and recovery—on duty and beyond.
Who should take this class? This program supports long-term resilience by reducing mental fatigue, helping the body recover from repeated stress responses, and maintaining emotional balance on and off duty. No prior experience required. All techniques are simple, effective, and designed for in the moment us.
