What will you experience each week? This series is designed to build your confidence and create a reliable "breath toolkit." Each session focuses on a particular theme to enhance your personal wellbeing! Class offers you accessible, immediate and actionable strategies to practice when and wherever you may need them! 

Who should attend? This practice is meant for everyone - all levels are welcome to join. Whether you are seeking immediate stress relief, struggling with sleep, or simply wish to deepen your self-care routine, this series is your guide to a renewed self. No prior experience with breathwork or meditation is required.


What do you need? Please have a comfortable chair or mat, a blanket or pillow, water bottle, and wear comfortable clothing. Students are encouraged to have a journal and pen/pencil. You'll need access to internet to attend the scheduled online classes.

  • Week #2 Friday, April 17th: Calm & Focus

  • Week #3 Friday, April 24th: Sleep & Relaxation

Can’t make it during the scheduled class time? Register to receive access to the video content for 5 days! Participating in each session is highly encouraged, as the class material builds weekly. However, if you miss a live class, you'll still receive access to the recording so you don’t miss out on your path to renewal.
