“My intention for this late autumn – early winter mini-retreat is to provide you with a welcoming space for movement, breathing, reflection, meditation, food, conversation, sharing of ideas, gathering of individuals - all of these and more are strategies I use to ease into the rhythm of winter’s hibernation. It is the season that invites us to nurture ourselves and the ‘seeds’ of ideas and intentions that will need our energy when spring and summer return.

Any questions or to continue dialogue email me: [email protected] Looking forward to spending time with you!” Heather
