This is part 2 of the New Year - New You Mediations.  In Part 2, we will be focusing on Allowing new beginnings.
  • Allowing new beginnings.  We all know way to well about learning and failing.  If we start to take note of the frustrations- start to peel back the layers of pain to understand what we most fear, then we can start to make peace with how fear and frustration show up in your life.  When we understand what triggers us, we can start to heal and move forward, start to align with our soul on a higher level.
  • When we can be more self-aware we are equipped to not control our emotions, but recognize and accept things
  • I think it’s funny how we are not our emotions but they have a huge impact on how we live our lives. This mindfulness helps us open the heart for new things- to embrace change and whatever is to come. Times have been hard- so lets create a life that more easily flows. 

In Part 1 we included a Full Moon Release: New Moon 
  • The powerful energy.   is thought to heighten the manifesting power of one's intentions and desires. 
  • As a time to initiate beginnings. Something to also be mindful of is that when the new Moon occurs, it not only begins a new cycle, but also ends the phase that came before.
  • Particularly ideal time for self-reflection, course correction and goal-setting.
Some things we can do during a new moon to help us begin a new cycle:
  • Set intentions:  be clear about the intention you’re setting. 
  • Light a candle to consciously shed light into your life- let the candle burn out on its own
  • Begin something new.= a new project- learning something new, 
  • Make a list of goals
