Join me for a six-week journey of grounding, reflection, and mindful movement. This late-night Sunday yoga class offers a serene space to center yourself before the workweek. Each session will begin and end with a brief journaling exercise to help you set meaningful intentions and reflect on your progress.

Please bring a small journal with you. Through gentle yoga flows and guided breath work, we’ll focus on releasing tension, cultivating clarity, and energizing the body and mind for the days ahead. Whether you're seeking calm, balance, or focus, this class is designed to help you reset and move into the new week with purpose.

Fee: 
  • $25 for a single class in the series. 
  • $100 before October 7th with Discount Code: $120 after October 7th.
  •  for entire 6-week series & access to the weekly video recordings until December 8th.

Use unlimited membership pass. For the six-class series, $120. $100 Early bird series fee if
registered by 10/7. Drop-ins welcome, $25/class. Discounts apply for health care workers,
military/veterans, school/government, and seniors.
