Are you looking for a way to reset and move into your week with purpose? How would it feel to start your week more calm, balanced and focused?
Join Sarah on a six-week journey of grounding, reflection, and mindful movement. This late-night Sunday yoga class offers a serene space to center yourself before the workweek.
Through gentle yoga flows and guided breath work, we’ll focus on releasing tension, cultivating clarity, and energizing the body and mind for the days ahead.
Each session will begin and end with a brief journaling exercise to help you set meaningful intentions and reflect on your progress. Please bring a small journal with you.
