Learn to use conscious movement and breath awareness to release the stress, both physical and mental, of your day. Unwind the tightness in your hips, back, neck and shoulders. Increase your overall structural integrity with postures that improve your balance and core strength. Then rest in stillness or guided relaxation. Notice how your practice allows you to enjoy a better quality of sleep and improves your mental clarity and ability to focus during the day.
