The Monday class will reflect the shift in our seasonal rhythms and routine with the intention being:
- The first half of the class helping you cycle stress through your system
- With steady movements, flows, stronger options to meet 'stress' and build confidence, strength + awareness
- The second half of the class will invite you to wind-down
- with movements in service of lengthening your exhale to support preparation for healthy chillax + sleep
This will be a class to support 'Balance or Samana' - giving you a space to feel centered and letting your yoga practice support the other layers of your 'life yoga'
- Sleep, when you need to sleep
- Steady energy when you need to tap into it
- Mental clarity for the week
- Access to 'inner' calm as you navigate life
- Nurturing of your self care, ideas, creativity during 'hibernation'
