Yoga and Mind-Body Stress Hacks for Self-Care & Stress Management
Are you in need of stress relief but don’t have too much time to dedicate to it?
There are many accessible yoga and mind-body tools and techniques that provide effective stress ‘hacks’ for busy people.
Join our Video-On-Demand yoga program for self-care and stress management that provides 3 short practices (5 – 25minutes) every Friday at 12 pm for 6 weeks. The programfeatures a variety of morning, midday, and evening practicesfrom a variety of 5 Koshas Yoga & Wellness teachers. These practices accumulate in your video library and stay there until June 28.
And do you want to know the best part? Your participation in the program helps raise money for Healing Acres Inc., a nonprofit in central Wisconsin that focuses on helping frontline workers manage stress around critical incidents, reduce stigma about mental health, and promote health and wellness to prevent burnout. Our frontline workers are the people we count on everyday to keep our community safe (fire, police, emergency response, court system, jail staff), our kids and grandkids educated (school and daycare staff), and systems of community support strong and running efficiently (clergy, shelters, senior centers, health care and more).

How does the program work?
You register at a donation level that fits your budget. Every Friday, starting April 19, at 12 noon, 3 short practice videos become available in your 5 Koshas Yoga & Wellness Punchpass Content Library. The videos accumulate in case you want to return to practices over the course of the program. The program ends with the last set of videos on May 24. Videos stay in your content library for an additional month, until June 28, 2024.
